Orders and Payments
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select your desired size and colour, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've finished shopping, click the cart icon in the top-right corner and follow the checkout process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We are not able to make changes to order once your order has been placed, but please contact us at info@maderunning.com if you have any queries.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, Europe, and select international destinations. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

DPD Premium Next Working Day (24 Hour) - £6
How long does delivery take?
UK: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your order's progress.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. Please ensure that items are unused, in perfect condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges currently. We recommend replacing an order directly on our website, and email info@maderunning.com to arrange a return.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us and covering charges for this.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
We process all returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days.
